Fusion Growth Labs Opens to Industry—Now Accepting Problem Statements for Venture Creation

BRISBANE –

Fusion Growth Labs is now open for industry collaboration, officially inviting partners to bring forward real-world problem statements that can be transformed into scalable ventures.

Designed to bridge the gap between research, industry, and capital, Fusion’s Growth Labs work directly with enterprise partners to co-define high-value challenges. Each selected problem is matched with a dedicated Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR), world-class talent, and structured commercial support, with the aim of launching a startup that solves it.

“We’re here to solve problems, not innovation theatre. If you have a challenge that’s costing you time, money, or market share, we want to turn it into a venture opportunity.”

Fusion Growth Labs has launched initial Labs in health, cyber, defense, and space, with additional sectors in planning. Industry partners gain early-mover advantage, shared commercial upside, and access to deep venture expertise across Australia’s leading research institutions.

Fusion is actively seeking:

  • Validated, scalable problems from industry
  • Partners willing to act as first customers or co-investors
  • Missions aligned to national priority sectors
