Digital Health Growth Lab
Fusion Growth Labs in partnership with a leading Queensland hospital & health services organisation are opening a 12 week commercialisation lab to solve for a validated problem in patient care around the globe. In lab, participants will be expected to identify and accelerate a digital platform for inpatient monitoring and care that reduces sitter costs and improves patient & staff safety via privacy-conscious, AI/ML-enabled monitoring that leverages existing hospital infrastructure along with proven sensors and hardware.

- We co-design problem statements with partners who commit as first customers and early investors.
- Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) Model
- Each Lab is led by an exited founder or veteran operator with deep sector expertise. They’re incentivised with equity and revenue share to drive venture success.
- 12-Week Intensive Program
- A focused sprint to reach product-market fit. Not every startup makes it through—only the strongest progress to the final pitch.
- One Venture Selected Per Problem
