Fusion Growth Labs Appoints Maja Sliwinski to Board of Directors

Brisbane, Australia – 24th June 2025

Fusion Growth Labs is pleased to announce the appointment of Maja Sliwinski to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Maja brings over two decades of global investment and leadership experience across private equity, venture capital, and investment banking. She is currently an Investment Director at Kilara Capital, a private equity fund manager focused on decarbonisation in Australia and Internationally. Prior to this, she held senior investment roles at One Fifteen Capital and Tanarra Capital Partners, where she served on the boards of several high-growth companies including Health Metrics, Barambah Organics, Woolworks, and INX Software.

Her extensive background includes investment and operating roles at leading firms in the United States, including Destrier Capital, J.P. Morgan, Sun Capital Partners, Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup. She has worked across industries from technology and software to industrials, healthcare, and consumer goods, with a consistent focus on scaling high-potential businesses and driving strategic value.

Maja holds dual degrees in Economics and Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School.
